چکیده
Rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis (RR-TB) – multi-drug and extensively drug-resistant (MDR XDR) is a global problem. Purpose of the work. To study features RR-TB combined with alcohol dependence syndrome (ADS). Material Methods. A total 420 patients active pulmonary TB were examined. All divided into groups depending on presence or absence ADS. The ADS referred to main (MG), those without comparison (CG). Results. When evaluating outcome course treatment in MDR-TB ADS, indicator "successful treatment" was achieved 88.6% patients, 58.0% (<0.05). confirmed only 26.8% MBT XDR. XDR-TB obtained 20.4% "death" present 52.3%, all cases due TB. In 65.4% cases, 11.5%. Conclusions. combination serious It has been established that allows for effective anti-TB good results.

Gabapentin combined with naltrexone for the treatment of alcohol dependence.
OBJECTIVE Naltrexone, an efficacious medication for alcohol dependence, does not work for everyone. Symptoms such as insomnia and mood instability that are most evident during early abstinence might respond better to a different pharmacotherapy. Gabapentin may reduce these symptoms and help prevent early relapse. This clinical trial evaluated whether the combination of naltrexone and gabapentin...
متن کاملTreatment regimens for rifampicin-resistant tuberculosis: highlighting a research gap.
Treatment guidance for non-multidrug-resistant (MDR) rifampicin-resistant (RMP-R) tuberculosis (TB) is variable. We aimed to undertake a systematic review and meta-analysis of the randomised controlled trial (RCT) data behind such guidelines to identify the most efficacious treatment regimens. Ovid MEDLINE, the Web of Science and EMBASE were mined using search terms for TB, drug therapy and RCT...
متن کاملEffectiveness of sequential combined treatment in comparison with treatment as usual in preventing relapse in alcohol dependence.
AIM The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of the sequential combined treatment (SCT) and treatment as usual (TU) in relapse prevention in a sample of alcohol-dependent patients, during 180 days of outpatient treatment. METHOD 209 alcohol-dependent patients who could attend with an informant adult were randomized to either TU or SCT. The primary outcome measure was time to fir...
متن کاملCould high-concentration rifampicin kill rifampicin-resistant M. tuberculosis? Rifampicin MIC test in rifampicin-resistant isolates from patients with osteoarticular tuberculosis
PURPOSE Several studies have shown that the intralesional concentration of rifampicin in osteoarticular tuberculosis is typically at a subtherapeutic level. Sustained or controlled release by novel drug delivery systems has been investigated to maintain an effective rifampicin concentration, but the local administration of rifampicin remains controversial. Additionally, it is still unclear whet...
متن کاملPrimary Rifampicin Drug Resistant Disseminated Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis
Disseminated tuberculosis (TB) refers to involvement of two or more non-contiguous sites. It is a common mode of presentation of tuberculosis in patients both with and without HIV/AIDS in India. However, the presence of primary drug resistance in disseminated tuberculosis involving only the extrapulmonary sites in an immunocompetent adult is rare. Extrapulmonary TB accounts for approximately 15...
